Cold room in a sketchy area
Clean room, Nice hotel with character.
The room was very cold. Air con was not working to bring the room to a decent temperature. Only the heating in the bathroom worked. They also collect a very high city tax at check out. This should be already in the price included. I don't care about the tax. I want to know the total price at time of booking.

Even though there is some major construction work going on outside the hotel, the room was facing the courtyard so there was no noise coming through.
