What was the highlight of I Portici Hotel Bologna
Nice well located Hotel.
The Hotel location was great, not far, walking distance, from the main sites to visit. The room nice decorated and haved a nice big terrace giving on the park behind the hotel. The staff was nice and helpful
we booked this hotel cause it was mentioned on booking FREE PARKING AVAILABLE wish was not the case. The parking is billed 24 euros/ night and for me it wasn't that secure. Open air slots with one of the doors always open wish seems not that secure as some people where crossing the parking and taking the stairs to go to the park behind. Most of the time there's a security guy next to the parking entrance

Very nice location, nice staff, and very nice breakfast
The walls are thin. If you have a loud neighbour or someone with high heels next to you, you will hear everything. The heating system is also strange. Turns on and off on its own

Professional and kind staff, attenton for details, in-house 1-star Michelin restaurant, minimalist and essential architectural lines following a very successful renovation of a historic building, excellent location for exploring the city, several good restaurants in the area.

What was the highlight of I Portici Hotel Bologna
A recommended hotel to enjoy Bologna!
The building is beautiful, especially the Eden room, where they serve breakfast and where the fine dining restaurant is located. The room was very spacious and clean, the bed is firm and comfortable. The second floor restaurant is good and they serve terrific cocktails.
We traveled with our dog and paid the extra fee for him, however there were no dog bowls or dog blanket provided. The room hosted a huge fitness machine which was of no use to us and could have been more elegantly replaced by a sofa ( which obviously was missing).
